Unscramblers

 

Samuel Kent Baker, Inc. introduces its new Super Heavy-Duty line of Unscramblers. These feature solid plate steel construction enclosing each strand of chain. It utilizes WR78 chain with an average ultimate strength of 24,000 lbs. Helical type gearboxes are exclusively incorporated into each deck.

The unique design creates a semi-break over on the first deck which helps start the bundle to break apart. This flows smoothly into a 75? angle V trough which helps in the signalization process. Flight bars instead of dogs insure that no piece goes up the incline crooked. The material then flows smoothly up and over a gentle curve. From here the customer may choose to added a conveyor (as shown) or another deck or nothing at all. Each customer?s situation is considered independently prior to a final design.
