Conveyors
Our Conveyors are specially designed for the wood products industry. They come in two basic versions.
Flat Top Conveyors
The standard conveyors come in 5' or 10' sections which can be combined for longer lengths. Odd lengths can also be specified
The main body of the Weld-up, Flat-Top Conveyor is made with 6" C-channel for the sides and 4" channel cross-supports. The structure is then topped with 14 gauge sheet metal. The one-piece conveyor is made to the length you specify with the 3x3 tube steel legs welded in place as needed. These legs are adjustable from 30" to 34" unless you specify otherwise.
Because these conveyors ship pre-assembled, they normally must be shipped on a flat bed truck.
Belting
You may choose from these three standard belting types at no extra charge.
Two-ply Rough-top X Bare: 5/16" thick. Working tension per inch width: 150 lbs. Construction is two plys of high strength all-synthetic fabrics. Very flexible yet stretch and moisture resistant.
Two-ply Black Smooth-top X Bare: 15/64" thick. Working tension per inch width: 160 lbs. Construction is two plys of high strength all-synthetic fabrics. Tough cover with low-friction bottom. Moderately oil resistant.
Two-ply PVC Slick-top X Bare: 5/32" thick. Working tension per inch width: 150 lbs. Long-wearing, best performing package belt. Low stretch, superior rip, tear and gouge resistant.
You may also specify a special belt for your application which will be priced separately.
Pan Type Conveyors
Our Pan Type conveyors are built with 1/4" X 8" plate for the sides that extend up 4" above the belt. These are the toughest conveyors you will ever use. This conveyor comes with 3x3 tube steel adjustable legs. You specify the height.
