Our Chop Saw is a high quality manual chop saw that can be adapted to many applications. You can customize the machine by choosing your accessories to fit your needs.

Many Roller Options
A fairly standard combination for rollers is 10 feet of infeed rollers and 5 feet of outfeed rollers. However, your needs may require 10 feet or 20 feet of outfeed rollers. The option is yours.

Cutting Capacity
This saw uses a 24" blade and will cut up to a 7"X9". It's primarily designed for cutting 4X6 and 6X6 squares. It can be modified to cut different dimensions, please call with your request.

 

Labor-Saving Options
The frame is specifically designed to accept a large waste box to catch waste, sawdust and block ends. For a more efficient system, try our new labor-saving Catch-All Waste Conveyor and Self-Dumping Steel Hopper combination. You'll cut more material and spend less time dumping the waste.
Combining these devices with a dead deck increases productivity even more by removing the need to bend down to pick up material. This low-cost manual cut-up line is truly effective and efficient.
