The Trim-It trim saw cuts back all of your deck boards and stringers. It uses 4 fixed heavy-duty #60 feed chains with one inch dogs to carry your lumber through the blade.
The blade is enclosed on the top by a unique two-piece guard that also serves as a hold-down and anti-kick device.
The Trim-It comes with five adjustable stops. The stops are easily adjustable to make cuts from 14" to 60". Special accomodations can be made to do longer lengths.
With additional material handling equipment from Samuel Kent Baker Inc., you can turn your Trim-It into a super high production system.
A Revolving Round Table keeps you from having to shut down the line when your stacker gets behind. This can significantly increase your production.
The Rotating Stack-N-Rack also keeps your line moving because the wait for a forklift driver is eliminated. With four bays, stackers can stack on two at a time. When a bay is full, a quick quarter turn brings up a new open bay.
